What are my cost savings with your Full Service traditional listing plan?
Answer: Assuming your home sells for $200,000 most REALTOR's would typically charge a commission of 6 to 7%. If we use the lower 6% figure the traditional Realtor would charge you $12,000 to sell this home. By Listing with Savings4uRealty you would save from $4,000 to $8,000.

What are the benefits of using a MLS REALTOR's Lock Box?
Answer: A Lock Box allows you to show your home to Buyers while you're not there. Everyone is busy, and many times you can't be there to show your home when the buyer or Agent wants. Remember it only takes One Buyer to buy your home… and you don’t want them passing up your home just because they can’t get in.
Are There Any up front or Hidden Charges?
Answer: NO! You only pay if we sell your home at close of escrow and we have NO up front costs. If we don’t sell your home you owe nothing.
If I find a buyer on my own can I save even more?
YES, unlike many other Real Estate companies Savings4uRealty will reduce your total commission if you find a buyer yourself and there is no other Real Estate agent involved.

How Do I Know What My Home Is Worth?
Answer: We can help you! Give us a call or go to the MARKET ANALYSIS tab on our website and then fill out the Competitive Market Analysis request form. After doing this we can work with you to analyze this information using the same market data that real estate appraisers use. This information will assist in determining the correct listing price for your home. This approach takes into consideration the sales of similar homes, with particular emphisis on recent sales, as well as what has happened in the past year or so to compare market times and selling prices.
What about your For Sale by Owner plans?
With our For Sale by Owner MLS listing package you do pay up front for your listing (since this is primairly a listing only plan). Your home will be listed in the REALTORS® MLS database which allows everyone to see your listing and also allows all of the REALTORS® to market and sell your home. When you home is listed on the MLS, you must agree to offer a Buyer’s Agent Commission (we recommend 3%) payable at closing, but you would only pay this fee if a Real Estate agent finds a buyer and sells your house… (Remember this buyers agent Commission does not apply if you sell the house your self). Sellers should consider keeping a log of any prospective Buyers and their Agents (if any), and the date they viewed the property. This could be very useful in the event of a dispute with or between REALTORS® about who brought the Buyer to see your property and who if anybody is entitled to earn the Commission.
How long does my home stay on the MLS Listing System?
Answer: Your home will be advertised on your local MLS Listing System for six months (and if necessary we can renew your listing). It will also appear on other Internet web sites such as Realtor.com, Homes.com, AzCentral.com, MSN home advisor and other cooperating Internet websites.
Why don't most Real Estate Agents show “For Sale by Owner” homes?.
Answer: It’s true, many Real Estate agents will never show a For Sale by Owner home or other “Assist yourself” type of home sale programs because they want to get paid... it is just that simple. Even though many for sale by owner homeowners would pay a commission if the agent brings in a buyer, some homeowners refuse to offer anything, and Agents just dont want to “Hassle” with the home owner over whether or not they will get paid for bringing a Buyer. However by listing with Savings4uRealty your property is in the MLS database And we let the Buyers Real Estate Agents know that if they bring a Buyer that results in a successful home sale, we will pay the Buyer's Agent a commission of 3% at closing. Only by listing your home in this way will other Agents know that they have a “contractual guarantee” to a Commission if they sell your home. And, since they are going to receive a Commission for selling your property there is no conflict of interest.
Can I Still use my For Sale By Owner (FSBO) sign
Answer: NO... We will provide you with a Savings4uRealty sign. To a REALTOR the term "FSBO" or "For Sale by Owner" means that no one gets a Commission. So if a REALTOR sees a FSBO sign they most likely won't be bringing customers to see your home. The continued use of a FSBO sign can only adversely affect your chances of sale. By using our "Savings4uRealty" sign all of the Agents will know that if they bring a buyer and sell your home they will get paid.
Does Savings4uRealty.com show my home to buyers?
Answer: Yes, assuming you want us to also find you a buyer. Just like other REALTOR's we would like to show our potential buyers your home, however we would need to complete a Dual Agency agreement with you and if one of our Buyers ends up buying your home a Commission would be due.
OK … What are the steps and how do I get my home listed?
1. We will come to your home take pictures and gather the listing information and confirm the listing price.
2. We will install a professional Savings4uRealty yard sign with flyer box and provide you with directional signs and open house signs.
3. We will optionally install a REALTOR MLS lock box.
4. We take all of the information and create a MLS listing and flyer. Then we will then upload this information into the Realtors MLS database, and to various Internet real estate websites (usually within 24 hours).
5. Once this is complete we will then call you confirming that your home is active on the MLS Listing System and provide you with the MLS Listing number for your property.
